House of Memory warrants to the original end user customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, and to function in accordance with manufacturer's specifications from the date of original purchase by end-user.

House of Memory will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by House of Memory on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. If House of Memory is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.

The Lifetime warranty extends to the original purchaser of our products. Please retain your original purchase receipt as it will be required as part of our warranty verification.

The Lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification. House of Memory is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing House of Memory products. This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. House of Memory's sole obligation shall be replacement of the memory module.

House of Memory offers a 100% Compatibility Guarantee. Because we test all products for compatibility in our own warehouse, we can you provide you with out 100% Compatibility Guarantee. When you order from House of Memory, if the memory we ship to you is not fully compatible with your computer, simply send it back and we will replace it at no charge to you.

Exchange Policies:

Wait-to-Receive-Exchange: House of Memory will ship your product replacement after we receive your return.

Cross-Ship Exchange: If you need your new hardware in a hurry, we provide the option of a Cross-Ship Exchange. Simply let us know that you are sending back hardware that needs replacing. We will ship your product replacement immediately without waiting for your return to arrive to us. House of Memory will charge your credit card at the time of shipment, and then issue a credit when your return arrives to us.
